Meet Our Team

Carolyn ClarkNP

Carolyn Clark is a certified family nurse practitioner and has been in nursing since 2006. She has practiced as a family nurse practitioner since 2013 and has owned Tri-Lakes Family Care & Express Care since 2015. She desires greatly that her patients feel like family when they are provided care by her, and she focuses strongly on prevention, diet, and exercise. She is married to her husband Aaron and they have 3 children. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time on the lake together.

Zachary LovellNP

Zachary Lovell is a certified family nurse practitioner with medical experience since 2014. His experience includes intensive care, emergency medicine, and even flight/rescue medicine. He thoroughly enjoys providing safe, effective care to all of his patients while doing so in a very down-to-earth, easy-to-understand manner. He is happily married to his wife Sara and they currently have two children. He and his family enjoy being outdoors and simply spending time together. He is ready to accept new primary care patients, but is also always available for walk-in care.

Lori WaltersNP

Lori Walters is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in both Acute Care and Family Care areas of practice. Her 30-plus years in health care have all been spent serving in intensive care and critical care areas! Her friendly smile will greet you at first glance as caring for and healing others is her passion daily. In her spare time, Lori and her husband, Gordon, share a love for adventure as night-fishing guides on the White River in Arkansas. She is proud of her River Name, “Big Browns Barbie”, as a novice fishing guide. Her true blessings from God are her two daughters, friends, and family! She looks forward to meeting all new patients, and helping to plan paths to wellness and care for each of her patients in their wholeness spiritually and physically!

Christine Gosch, MD, and Charles Rasmussen, MD, are the supervising physicians for the above-listed nurse practitioners.
