How it works
Three steps, all from your phone.
Call to request a visit
During office hours, call (417) 332-3639. After hours, call 1-855-890-4876 and leave your name, phone number, and the reason for your visit with the attendant.
Fill out a short form
You'll get a secure link by text message to fill out some basic, required information about you and your visit.
Your provider texts you a link
Once your information is in, a provider contacts you by text message with a secure link that starts your visit.

- COVID or flu-like symptoms
- Eye irritation or discharge
- Rash
- Sinus symptoms
- Urinary symptoms

- Emergencies
- Anything you'd go to urgent care for
- Chest pain
- Abdominal pain
- Refills of controlled medications
For urgent care, walk in Mon to Fri 8 to 5. For an emergency, call 911.
