Can I be seen without insurance?
Yes. Self-pay office visits are $125 for new patients and $100 for established patients, and X-rays are $100 per body part. You'll know the cost before you're seen.
Do you take my plan?
Most major plans, listed above. If you don't see yours, or you're visiting from out of state, call us with the plan name and we'll check. If we're out of network, the flat self-pay rate applies.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of the medications you take, and any records you'd like us to have.
When do I pay?
Co-pays and self-pay visits are paid at the time of service.
