Cost should never be a barrier to good care. We accept most major insurance plans — and we welcome self-pay and uninsured patients with simple, affordable flat rates.
Insurance networks change from year to year, and coverage can differ between plans from the same carrier. The fastest way to confirm we take your plan is to call our office at (417) 332-3639 — we are happy to check for you before your visit.

Self-Pay & Transparent Pricing
No insurance? No problem. You do not need insurance to be seen at Tri-Lakes Family Care — no memberships, no surprises, just simple flat rates:
- New patient office visit — $125
- Established patient office visit — $100
- X-rays — $100 per body part
We also offer affordable self-pay rates on labs, ultrasounds, and other in-office services — just ask when you book. Some services, such as PRP injections, are considered innovative therapies and are typically not covered by insurance; we price these as affordably as we can.
Common Questions
Do you take my insurance?
If your carrier is listed above, most of its plans are in network with us — but the only way to be certain about your plan is to check. Call us at (417) 332-3639 and we will verify your coverage before your appointment.
What if I don’t have insurance?
You are welcome here. Many of our patients choose to self-pay using the flat rates above, and we will always tell you what something costs before we do it.
Will my annual wellness visit be covered?
Wellness visits are often covered by insurance plans — many insurers even offer discounts for completing one. Check your plan, or ask us to verify when you schedule.
What do terms like “80/20,” “copay,” and “deductible” actually mean?
Our providers wrote a plain-English guide that walks through premiums, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles with real examples: Health Insurance 101: choosing the right plan for you.
